Radio 11 Know-How-radio-guide (vademecum) for IR-members

We created a new book for 11meter which is the Radio11know-how. It is based on the infos of the well known ELEVEN METER BOOK ( Editor Jimmy ex 13AT555 ), but only for IR members totally revised and with a lot of new information and group internals. It will give all members ( even very new beginners ) the chance to get all important information around our hobby and make them able to act like serious operators. But also experienced operators will probably find usefull and new infos in there.

The contents is structured like this :

Contents			Description
Group-Info			gives info about internal structures and activities
Basics			explains and holds information about radio operating
Experience			gives DX reports and personal essays
Hot DX News			lists DX activations and QSL managers
Maps			shows pictures and country lists
Divisions			gives information about DXCCs
IOTA			shows pictures and island lists
RIG			gives modifications and other info around your equipment
Locals			directors can publish local infos in their own language
Further Info			could be anything else

The "Starterpack" of this radio guide was presented at the IR meeting 1999 in Delft. It will be followed by a kind of magazines with 4 issues a year showing a lot more interesting and helpful information. These sheets you will be able to add to the registers of the Starterpack. We decided to have plane sheets so everybody can use his common archive system.
